Michael Angelakos’ Cambridge (Massachusetts) indie-synth pop outfit Passion Pit recently performed a three-song set for VEVO Presents, including a version of FUN.‘s ‘Carry On’. In a move that can easily be interpreted as a minor miracle, Passion Pit managed to create a version of ‘Carry On’ that didn’t sound like the worst supergroup to have ever formed. They also performed two songs from their sophomore album Gossamer – ‘Take a Walk’ and ‘Carried Away’.
